Session II: Setting the scene – SEAP initiation (1,5 hours) |
Objectives |
Exploring how municipalities can use SEAP development as a way to promote local competences and green growth. Learning how to design a policy in favor of SEAP as an important step in fulfilling the vision of a fossil free energy system.
Specific Objective: Target group will learn the technical criteria to be considered when the municipality defines its own SEAP, per municipal consuming sector (municipal buildings, public lighting, residential sector, service sector and primary sector) and linked to the regional energy planning 2020. |

Objectives |
Practical case studies for funding and financing the actions included in SEAPs, analyzing subsidies and how to make optimal use of relevant EU, national and regional financing instruments will be provided by experts on these topics.
Specific Objective: Target group will learn technical criteria to finance the actions included in its own SEAP. |
